Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications utilizing NextJS.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to outline, design, and deploy new features.
- Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks promptly.
- Translate UI/UX designs into functional applications in coordination with the design team.
- Actively participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and suggestions.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in NextJS
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT, OAuth2
- Experienced in Strapi CMS, proficient in SEO strategies, and skilled in implementing internationalization techniques.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance
- Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills
- Proficient understanding of code versioning using Git (GitHub).
- Fluency in English communication.
- Familiar with the Agile development process.

Work Locations: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Employment: Full-time
Work status: Hybrid, with possibilities of weekly 1 to 2 days of remote work.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: 50K-90K (Based on experience and expertise)
Weekly 2 holidays: Saturdays & Sundays.
Working hours: 11 am- 7 pm (BDT).
