Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain the backend infrastructure of web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Research and learn new tools and techniques, with a focus on Python.
- Show a strong willingness to adapt and master new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance our web applications and services.
- Continuously improve code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating excellent English language skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
- Extensive experience with Django framework, including Django REST framework.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of backend development principles and best practices.
- Quick learner with an open-minded and adaptive approach to new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Having fluency in English communication is a MUST.

Work Locations: Sagufta, Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Employment: Full-time
Work status: Hybrid, with possibilities of weekly 1 to 2 days of remote work.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: 70K-120K (Based on experience and expertise)
Weekly 2 holidays: Saturdays & Sundays.
Working hours: 11 am- 7 pm (BDT).
