Admin-Intern

Description: 

Strativ, a software company based in Sweden and Bangladesh,  is seeking an “Admin-Intern” whose position is a combination of administrative and procurement responsibilities. The individual will oversee and coordinate all the administrative tasks of the organization and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. In addition, the individual will be responsible for creating purchase orders for all departments, liaising with vendors, receiving quotations, negotiating terms and conditions, maintaining vendor relationships, and managing the procurement process. 

 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Honesty, hardworking, and willing to serve with Integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively.
  • Good to have experience in organizing and coordinating events.
  • Proficiency in using Google Docs, and Sheets.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety and security measures for the office and employees.
  • Must be well-mannered, polite, and have a positive attitude to fit within the company culture.
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who is willing to take on challenges and provide effective solutions.



Internship Period: 03 Months, Upon successfully completing the internship, you may be offered a full-time job based on your performance and the availability of a suitable position.

Office Time: 11 am to 07 pm, (5 Days/Week, Monday to Friday)

Employment: Internship: Full-time

Lunch Facility: Fully Subsidized breakfast, Lunch and snacks

Internship Stipend: 10K-12K

Location: Sagufta, Mirpur, Dhaka. This a full-time internship opportunity where the intern will have to work from office
