Strativ, a software company based in Sweden and Bangladesh, is seeking an ambitious and highly skilled Senior Python (Django) Developer who is passionate about advancing their career. Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the backend infrastructure of web applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

• Research and learn new tools and techniques, with a focus on Python.

• Show a strong willingness to adapt and master new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance our web applications and services.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating excellent English language skills.

• The responsibilities of this role may evolve to some extent over time, to create growth and leadership opportunities, new changing/emerging methodologies, and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.

• Extensive experience with Django framework, including Django REST framework.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.

• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of backend development principles and best practices.

• Quick learner with an open-minded and adaptive approach to new technologies.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Having fluency in English communication is a MUST.

Work Locations: Sagufta, Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Employment: Full-time

Work status: Hybrid, with possibilities of weekly 1 to 2 days of remote work. 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: 60K-140K (Based on experience and expertise) 

• Weekly 2 holidays: Saturdays & Sundays.

• Working hours: 11 am- 7 pm (BDT).
