IT Support Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch technical support to ensure smooth IT operations.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly, ensuring minimal disruption.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.

  • Manage user accounts, access controls, and security protocols.

  • Assist in maintaining IT inventory and ensuring adequate stock of necessary equipment.

  • Collaborate with teams to improve IT infrastructure and optimize workflows.

  • Document IT issues and solutions for future reference.

  • Provide guidance and training to employees on IT best practices.

  • Provide first-line support in critical projects.



Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support, preferably in an IT or software company.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

  • Experience in diagnosing and resolving network-related issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi).

  • Hands-on experience with IT asset management, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.

  • Knowledge of IT security principles, endpoint protection, and backup solutions.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, or Azure) is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Compensation & Benefits:


Salary Range:  Based on relevant experience, skill set, and market standards & open to negotiation.

Weekly 2 holidays: Saturdays & Sundays.

Working hours: 11 am- 7 pm (BDT).
