We are specifically looking for a candidate with a strong willingness to learn new technologies and an ability to communicate effectively in English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of a new highly responsive, web-based user interface
- Developing new user-facing features using React.js
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience working on front-end development.
- 2-3 years experience in React.js
- Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design, and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Ability to learn from mistakes and apply constructive feedback to improve performance
- Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript/jQuery, local storage, and cross-browser compatibility are required
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript, RESTful APIs, data structure libraries (eg, Immutable.js) & modern front-end build pipelines and tools
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT, OAuth2
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- A knack for benchmarking and optimization
- Ability to mentor and delegate to more junior team members
- Professional understanding of code versioning using Git (GitHub).
- Familiar with the Agile development process.

Work Locations: Sagufta, Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Employment: Full-time
Work status: Hybrid, with possibilities of weekly 1 to 2 days of remote work.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: 60K-120K Bdt/Month (Based on experience and expertise)
Weekly 2 holidays: Saturdays & Sundays.
Working hours: 11 am- 7 pm (BDT).
