Technical Recruitment Specialist


Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying top technical talent, a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, and a strong grasp of the technology industry. You will play a crucial role in building a high-performing team by sourcing, evaluating, and hiring exceptional candidates for various technical roles.\



Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and assess candidates for various technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, and other IT-related positions.
  • Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Job Posting: Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms, including local and international job boards.
  • Interview Coordination: Conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical assessments, and facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent in the tech industry.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • ATS Management: Maintain accurate and organized records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in the Bangladeshi market.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Bangladeshi IT and software development ecosystems.
  • Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment campaigns.
  • Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter).

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range:  Based on relevant experience, skill set, and market standards & open to negotiation.

Weekly 2 holidays: Saturdays & Sundays.

Working hours: 11 am- 7 pm (BDT).
