Job Description:
We are seeking some talented and enthusiastic Assistant/Deputy Manager - Administration & Operation who are passionate and excited to be involved in digital product development and be a part of Strativ.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve goals related to employee experience and operational excellence.
- Drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure workplace efficiency.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
- Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between the company and supplier, proactively addressing concerns and completing the task.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver any kind of event/program and organize .
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with HR,IT and facilities teams to maintain a productive workspace.
- Develop and monitor budgets related to employee engagement and operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and workplace safety standards.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Conduct surveys regarding food, service, etc, analyze feedback, and propose actionable improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative and operational management, preferably in the software or IT industry.
- Strong leadership,problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with preferably ERP.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and operational processes efficiently.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with positive mindset.

Salary Range: Based on relevant experience, skill set, and market standards & open to negotiation.
Weekly 2 holidays: Saturdays & Sundays.
Working hours: 11 am- 7 pm (BDT).
