Boo Energi came to us when they wanted to digitize and simplify their management of business customers as their previous process was fragmented and time-consuming. At the same time, their customers lacked an overview and the ability to manage their electricity consumption, invoices, and authorizations themselves. Given the development team's location in Dhaka, secure handling of the company's sensitive customer information was also required.
The Solution
After winning the procurement, we were able to take full responsibility for the project, from analysis to delivered product. The outcome was the company portal, a platform where business customers can manage everything from contracts and invoices to electricity consumption and user roles. All in one place. To protect the company's customer data, all test data in the development environments was anonymized and access to production data was limited to Sweden.
The solution was created in close collaboration with Boo Energi's team with a strong focus on user-friendliness, efficiency, and tangible business benefits.

They now have a clear overview of their users and can easily track consumption in real-time, along with much more.
