Your privacy and the security of your personal data is important to Strativ AB, which is responsible for ensuring that all personal data is processed correctly and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Protecting your personal data and privacy is part of our employees' job. Strativ, as a data controller, is responsible for the processing of your personal data and how and for what purposes it is done.

What personal data we process and how it is collected

 

When you register your interest in being part of Strativ, Strativ will process personal data about you and how you use our services. The personal data processed when you contact us is your name, email address and any other information you voluntarily provide to us. We collect and process personal data:

  • Sign up for our newsletter
  • Fill in a contact form
  • Looking for a job with us
  • Contact us by e-mail

 

 

Processing of additional personal data during assignments / processes

 

When we perform services for you, we may process additional personal data about you due to requirements from our customers and/or legislation. This may include, for example, personality tests, information about whether you have taken a drug test, credit reports, background checks and health checks. You will be informed of the processing prior to the collection of such personal data and, where applicable, you will be asked to provide your consent. In some cases, we may ask you to provide an extract from your criminal record. You are responsible for requesting and receiving such an extract from the police authorities and you choose whether you wish to show it to us. In this case, the extract will be opened by you together with Strativ. We will not process these data in any form, but may orally reconcile the result with our customer. In the event that you become an employee of Strativ, you will be informed of the further processing of personal data that will take place during and in connection with your employment.

 

 

Who we share your personal information with

 

We may share your personal data with other companies such as subcontractors who provide services to us, such as providers of operation and support of our systems. Strativ remains responsible for the processing of your personal data that we or subcontractors carry out on behalf of Searchia and subcontractors may not use the personal data for purposes other than those we specify. Sharing of personal data with other companies such as subcontractors is done to fulfil the contract between us, i.e. to enable us to provide the agreed services to you. When we share personal data as described above, personal data may be transferred to companies both inside and outside the EEA. All such transfers are based on applicable law and if the processing is done outside the EEA will be subject to appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's model clauses for such transfers, that the European Commission has determined that the country has an adequate level of protection or that the receiving company is certified under the EU. How long we keep your personal data

 

We process your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data was collected. This means that different data may be stored for different lengths of time. Information about any health checks, drug tests, background checks and credit reports will be kept for a shorter period of time. You will receive detailed information about this at the time of collection of such data.

 

Security

 

Strativ has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. To ensure that personal data is processed securely and confidentially, we use data networks that are intrusion-proof, including industry-standard firewalls and password protection. To ensure the integrity of the personal data you provide over the Internet, we may use encryption technology when transmitting such personal data over the Internet to our servers.

 

 

Your rights

 

You have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal data:

  • Right of access ? You have the right to obtain certain information about our processing of your personal data. Such information is provided through this information document. You also have the right to access a copy of the personal data we process about you.
  • Right to rectification ? You have the right to have inaccurate personal data about you corrected.
    Right to erasure ? In certain circumstances, you have the right to have your personal data erased. This is known as the 'right to be forgotten'. However, the right to erasure is conditional and a request may be left without action.
  • Right to restriction ? In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. However, the right to restriction is conditional and a request may be left without action.
  • Right to data portability ? You have the right to obtain personal data you have provided to us (or to request the transfer of the data directly from us to a new controller) in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
  • Right to object ? You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data if the processing is based on a balancing of interests, if you do not consider that Searchia has a legitimate interest in processing the personal data. The right to object also applies to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes.
