Processing of additional personal data during assignments/processes
When we perform services for you, we may, due to requirements from our clients and/or legislation, process additional personal data about you. This may include personality tests, information on whether you have undergone a drug test, credit reports, background checks, and health examinations. Before collecting such personal data, you will receive information about the processing, and where applicable, you will be asked to provide your consent. In certain cases, we may request that you provide an extract from the criminal record. You are responsible for ordering and receiving such an extract from the police authority and may choose whether to show it to us. If you decide to do so, the extract will be opened by you together with Strativ. We will not process these details in any form, but may verbally verify the results with our client. In the event that you become employed by Strativ, you will be informed about the additional processing of personal data that will take place during and in connection with your employment.
Who we share your personal data with
We may share your personal data with other companies, such as subcontractors that provide services to us, for example, suppliers of operation and support for our systems. Strativ remains responsible for the processing of your personal data that we or our subcontractors perform on behalf of Strativ, and subcontractors are not permitted to use the personal data for purposes other than those specified by us. Sharing personal data with other companies, such as subcontractors, occurs to fulfill the agreement between us, i.e., to provide you with the agreed services. When we share personal data as described above, personal data may be transferred to companies both within and outside the EEA. All such transfers are based on applicable law, and if processing occurs outside the EEA, it will be subject to appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses for such transfers, a decision by the EU Commission that the country has an adequate level of protection, or that the receiving company is certified under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield.
How long we retain your personal data
We process your personal data for as long as necessary, taking into account the reason why the personal data was collected. This means different information may be stored for varying durations. Information about any health assessments, drug tests, background checks, and credit reports is stored for a shorter time. You will receive detailed information about this when such data is collected.

Strativ has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. To ensure that personal data is processed in a secure and confidential manner, we use data networks that are protected by industry-standard firewalls and password protection. To ensure the integrity of the personal data you submit via the Internet, we may use encryption technology when transmitting such personal data over the Internet to our servers.
