At Strativ, we design and develop IT solutions across many industries, in Sweden and beyond. To grow our design team, we are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, driven designer, who is familiar with and has an interest in the Scandinavian market and design norms. Can you quickly come up with tried and tested solutions when a case is presented to you? Do you generate ideas easily? Job Responsibilities:

• Design user interface for internal and customer-facing applications

• Create mock-ups and high-fidelity prototypes based on requirements following the design system and brand guidelines

• Make sure usefulness and usability are prioritized when creating prototypes

• Redesign and improve the look and feel of existing products.

• Develop a design system based on brand guidelines.

• Conduct testing of completed applications, websites, and software to assess user experience, and create feedback reports to share with the development team

• Be the voice of the products to solve problems with creative ideas to ensure the best user experience

• The responsibilities of this role may evolve to some extent over time, to create growth and leadership opportunities, new changing/emerging methodologies, and process improvements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience designing for both mobile and desktop platforms in a growing tech company or a company with its own functioning app

• Hands-on involvement in wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes

• Proficient use of Figma and in sync with its latest features

• Creating/editing at an intermediate level in Photoshop and Illustrator

• Developing design systems, brand guidelines, and components that align with them

Work Locations: Sagufta, Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Employment: Full-time 

Work status: Hybrid, with possibilities of weekly 1 to 2 days remote work. 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: 45000-60000 Bdt/Month

• Weekly 2 holidays: Saturdays & Sundays.

• Working hours: 11 am- 7 pm (BDT).

What happens if you decide to apply?

After screening applications are received, we will invite shortlisted candidates to a 30-60 minute on-site or online interview. We will be curious about who you are as a person, and ask you to perform a few brief design tasks based on prompts similar to our typical projects. Then, there will be a mini project to finish at home and submit, which we will review during the second interview.

If we feel ready to welcome you to Strativ, an offer stating the salary and benefits will be discussed with you and sent to you upon agreement by both parties. Reference and background checks may be done during this stage to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
