Since joining Strativ in September 2024, Sofia has been a key player in the company's development. As CCO, she has quickly learned our operations, identified strengths and areas for improvement, and played a crucial role in taking Strativ to new heights.

Her passion for combining global talent with local expertise has been a driving force behind the company's growth. Sofia has demonstrated an outstanding understanding of both our internal structure and our customers' needs, actively contributing to improving processes and the customer experience.

Leadership That Builds Bridges

In February 2025, Sofia, along with Axel Berggren, Product Owner, visited our development team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The visit was filled with workshops, individual meetings, and team activities, further enhancing the collaboration between our teams in Sweden and Bangladesh. Sofia and Axel concluded the trip by celebrating the arrival of spring in Bangladesh wearing traditional attire, symbolizing the bridge between cultures that Strativ has always strived to build.
