Pricer, a leading supplier of electronic shelf-edge labels for retail chains, needed a web application to track large volumes of products throughout their lifecycle and handle RMA claims. Strativ developed a custom solution that enabled Pricer to track each item and group of items throughout their lifecycle as well as handle RMA claims through a customer portal with self-service and validation. The result is increased control over the product's life cycle and higher customer satisfaction.
The Challenge
This means freeing up time for store employees to spend on better service and a better shopping experience for customers. Pricer customers include retail chains around the world. To date, Pricer has sold 200 million electronic shelf labels to 17,000 stores in more than 50 countries. In order to track large quantities of products throughout its lifecycle, Pricer needed a customised system.
The solution
Strativ has developed one web application for traceability, where Pricer can track each item, group of items, etc., throughout its lifecycle. Strativ has also designed and built RMA tools (Return Merchandise Authorization) for Pricer, which is a web application for managing RMA claims. Tools include customer portal with KPIs and reports, self-service and validation.
The Result
Pricer is satisfied with the project management, competence and solution delivered by Strativ. The result is a good control of the product life cycle through traceability and increased customer satisfaction through the RMA tool.
