Strativ has developed one web application for traceability, where Pricer can track each item, group of items, etc., throughout its lifecycle. Strativ has also designed and built RMA tools (Return Merchandise Authorization) for Pricer, which is a web application for managing RMA claims. Tools include customer portal with KPIs and reports, self-service and validation.
